Cryptocurrency Finality
All confirmed cryptocurrency deposits and active staking allocations are final and non-refundable.
Erroneous Transfers
Where deposits are sent on unsupported networks or below minimum deposit thresholds, recovery may be attempted subject to compliance review and network fees.
Time Limits
